How much should I use?

Start with a pea-sized amount for each underarm. Swipe it on and massage it. BPM is concentrated, so a little really does go a long way.

How does 300+ applications equal approximately five months?

The 300+ estimate counts individual underarm applications. One pea-sized amount typically covers each underarm, which works out to about 150 daily uses, or approximately five months. Actual usage will vary depending on how much you apply and how often you reapply. Each tube contains 76 g.

Is BPM an antiperspirant?

No. BPM is a deodorant, not an antiperspirant. It helps control odour but does not block perspiration, so your body can still sweat naturally.

Is it baking-soda-free?

Yes. BPM is completely baking-soda-free. Its odour-control system uses magnesium hydroxide and zinc ricinoleate instead.
