Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During launches, promotions, pre-order periods, or other busy periods, processing times may be longer.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

  • Canada: free shipping
  • United States: shipping rates are shown at checkout

All prices and shipping charges shown on the site are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered on a pre-order basis.

Estimated pre-order shipping timing will be stated on the product page, at checkout, or elsewhere on the site. For current pre-orders, estimated shipping is July 2026.

Delivery Timing

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, delivery timing depends on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing where applicable, weather, and other factors outside our control.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labour disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
